Every Palor project starts with listening. Before we suggest anything, we want to understand you — how you use the space today, what works and what doesn't, what kind of atmosphere you'd like to come home to.
From there, the design develops in stages that give you genuine opportunity for input. We don't present a completed concept and ask for approval; we build toward it together, making sure each decision reflects your life and preferences rather than our own.
Our quality assurance is simple: we don't hand anything over until it meets the standard we'd apply to our own homes. That applies to a written brief, a set of 3D renders, or a completed renovation.
Parlour Conversation
An intimate, thoughtful consultation in your space or ours. We talk through how you inhabit your home, what brings comfort, and what changes would feel meaningful. You leave with a written brief and curated visual direction — a personal, gracious beginning that sets the tone for everything that follows, whether you continue with us or not.
Interior Composition
A complete design service creating an interior that feels personally yours. Spatial planning, material and finish selection, furniture and object curation, lighting warmth, and detailed 3D renders. Each decision is made with your daily experience in mind. Includes two revision sessions and a complete specification package for all tradespeople.
Gracious Implementation
Refined project support through the renovation phase — managing procurement of quality materials, coordinating skilled trades, monitoring craftsmanship at every stage, and concluding with a considered styling session. For clients who want their home treated with the same care in construction as in design.
